The problem

Everyone is making graphics. No one is sure what’s approved.

As a church grows, every campus and team starts making its own flyers, slides and posts. Requests get lost in email, the brand drifts, and Comms finds out after it’s printed.

Reply-all email chainsRequests get lost

Asks come by email, text and hallway conversation. No one can see what’s waiting, or on whom.

Off-brand flyersThe brand drifts

Each campus picks its own fonts and colors, so the church looks like a different church in every building.

“Wait, which version?”No one knows what’s final

Edits pass around as attachments, and the wrong file goes to the printer or the website.

How it works

One request. Every approval. Out the door.

A campus asks once. Comms checks the words, Creative checks the brand, and it goes out everywhere it needs to. Every step is checked and recorded.

  1. 1
    Ask once

A campus pastor or team picks what they need: a door hanger, a web update, slides, video or social.

  2. 2
    The draft builds itself

Streamlined fills in your logo, colors, fonts and campus details. No template yet? It goes straight to a designer.

  3. 3
    Comms checks the words

Spelling, dates and times, and suggestions from your voice guide. Approve, edit or reject with a note.

  4. 4
    Creative checks the brand

Colors, approved logo and fonts. Bilingual pieces get a Spanish review by a person.

  5. 5
    Out everywhere

Print goes straight to your local printer. Posts, slides, email and the website go out on-brand.

For every role

Built for everyone in the chain.

Each person sees exactly what they need to do next, and nothing they shouldn’t.

Campus pastors and teams

Ask for what you need in a couple of minutes, then get back to ministry.

  • Simple requests. Print, web, video, slides and social, filled in from your campus details.
  • See where it stands. Every request shows whose turn it is.
  • Rush when it matters. A funeral or schedule change goes to the front of the line.
  • Churchwide kits. When Central builds Christmas, your campus gets the slides, posts and talking points.

Comms

One queue for every campus, so nothing goes public without you.

  • “Waiting on me.” Your approvals in one list, urgent ones on top.
  • Copy checks and voice guide. Spelling, dates and your church’s words, suggested on every approval.
  • Approve, edit or reject. Fix it yourself or send it back with a note.
  • Backup approvers. When you’re out, your approvals go to your backup.

Creative and designers

Routine pieces fill themselves from your templates. You get time for the work only you can do.

  • Design where you already do. Keep designing in your favorite tools. Importing templates from Figma, Canva and Adobe is coming.
  • Lock what matters. Mark what campuses can change. Everything else stays exactly as you made it.
  • One brand kit. Logo, colors, fonts and voice set once, for every campus and team.
  • Custom projects. New series and big events come straight to the designer with room.
It doesn’t replace your creatives.

Streamlined streamlines the process and the communication around them. Two or three approvers can do what used to take a whole creative department, and every campus still sounds like one church.

Safety

Built to protect your church.

The right people see the right things, and nothing goes out until it’s ready.

Nothing goes public without approval

Every post, print order and website change waits for the right people. No one can skip a step.

The right access for every person

Owner to Viewer. Volunteers see only approved work, and unannounced series stay hidden.

Print shops never get an account

A printer gets a private link to one approved order, and nothing else.

Your content isn’t used to train AI

Writing help runs on Anthropic’s Claude, whose policy is not to train on commercial customers’ data by default.

Your data is yours

Export everything anytime. Coming soon: if you ever leave, you keep 90 days to take it with you.

Made for every size

Built for a 30-campus church. Works for one campus organized by teams, and for nonprofits.

How it compares

One tool instead of a stack of them.

Most teams patch this together with a project tool, a design tool and a proofing tool, each priced per person. Streamlined does the whole request in one place, priced by campus.

How we figured this
  • Streamlined: Multisite plan, $199 a month for 2 to 4 campuses, with every staff member and volunteer included. Source
  • Asana: Advanced, the first plan with approvals: 15 × $24.99 a person billed yearly = $374.85 a month ($457.35 billed monthly). Approvals are single tasks you chain yourself. Source 1 · Source 2
  • Monday.com: Pro: 15 seats × $19 billed yearly = $285 a month. Forms are a separate product. Source 1 · Source 2
  • Wrike: Business, the first plan with request forms, proofing and custom approval flows: 15 × $25 billed yearly = $375 a month. Source 1 · Source 2
  • Canva Business: 15 people × $250 a year = $3,750 ÷ 12 = $312.50 a month ($375 billed monthly). Has brand kits, locked templates and approvals; tiered approvals are Enterprise only. Prints through Canva Print, not your local printer. Registered nonprofits may qualify for free Canva; its rules don’t say whether churches do. Source 1 · Source 2
  • Ziflow: Pro, $329 a month flat for up to 20 people, needed for 3 approval stages (Standard, $199, allows 2). A proofing tool; automatic checks are Enterprise only. Source
  • Church Requests: Unlimited plan, $97 a month flat. Built for churches; some requests can require one approval first, with no multi-step chain or brand checks. Source
  • Marks are based on what each company’s own pages and help docs say it offers.
  • Public prices checked 25 October 2026, in US dollars. Prices can change.

Questions churches ask

Does this replace our creative team?

No. Your designers build the templates and own the look. Streamlined handles routine requests so they have time for the creative work only they can do.

Do we have to switch tools?

No. Keep designing in Figma, Canva or Adobe. Coming to Planning Center, Google Calendar and Slack.

Does it work in Spanish?

Yes, for campus staff and volunteers, with a Spanish review step so every translation is checked by a person.

We’re one campus. Is this for us?

Yes. Streamlined is built for a 30-campus church and works for a single campus organized by teams, and for nonprofits. The Church plan covers one location, with one approver or a full approval chain.

How does printing work?

When a print piece is approved, your local print shop gets a private link to the print-ready file and order details. They don’t need an account, and your church pays them directly, as usual.

What can we use today?

Streamlined is in beta, so everything you can click today is a demo with a sample church. Join the beta and Parker will reach out personally to set up your church.
